U23 World Team Trials and U20 (JR) World Team Trials
The event features competition for U20 (JR) age athletes (Born 2002-2005) and U23 age athletes (Born 1999-2004) in Men’s Freestyle and Greco-Roman. The champion in each U20 (JR) and U23 weight class qualifies to represent the United States at the 2022 UWW World Championships.
Only the following individuals may participate as competitors in the 2022 U23 and U20 World Team Trials:
- All competitors must be U.S. citizens. U20 (JR) age athletes (Born 2002-2005), U23 age athletes (Born 1999-2004)
- Eligible athletes in the U20 (JR) divison must be prequalified to compete.
Top eight (8) place winners in the U20 division who are age and grade eligible qualify for the Junior and 16U National Championships held in Fargo, ND on July 15-22, 2022.
Athletes must still adhere to all state policies and you qualify in the style in which you place.
